Recently renovated with new luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout entire unit, new living room furniture including an extra thick sofa mattress and freshly painted (November 2022). This unit has one of the best views on the sunset side of Jetty East which shows the East Pass Harbor, Lake Christina, the Destin Bridge, a view of the Gulf along with a stunning night view of the harbor lights and fireworks in season.
5th Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, King size beds in both bedrooms with area floor rugs. Sofa sleeper in the living area along with a 65” TV and DVD player, recliner and an oversized swivel/rocker chair. The kitchen has Granite Counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It has a Keurig coffee maker and a wine chiller/ cooler. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

  Stayed at Jetty East 520B as a snowbird Jan 1-March15,2021. Description and pictures of property were very accurate. Kitchen fully equipped. Had a problem with too much humidity in unit and maintenance was very speedy in fixing the problem. Property was clean and well maintained. Although they were repairing the entrance to pool and had handicap entrance closed for a very long time. Great view of the jetty. Furniture comfortable but almost too much in unit. Love the restaurants in Destin, especially The Back Porch, AJs Kenny D’s and of course the Doughnut Hole.
