Gulf side - 3rd Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH,: King-size bed in master bedroom, two double beds in second bedroom. Fabulous view of gulf, beach, pool and pavilion. Watch the dolphins play in the gulf from the bar-height furniture on the open balcony. Of the two-bedroom units on the 3rd floor, this is the closest to the beach. The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The updated decor and beautiful diagonally laid porcelain tile floors make this a wonderful getaway to relax your body, refresh your mind and restore your soul. The master bedroom and living area have glass doors that lead out to the balcony. For your comfort, both bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a private bath, and 40-inch LED smart TV. The living area features a 55-inch LED Smart (Roku) TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded). This unit offers an extra large pantry in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The second bedroom has a 40- inch LED smart TV. Beautiful and comfortable for you to enjoy.

  We were extremely pleased with our room, the view, the adjoining condo, the custodial staff, the pool area, and extra amenities. During this off season, repairs and upgrades can be messy and loud but we come to expect it. We appreciate that the facility is always maintaining the grounds and understand this is a necessary to keep things operating. It did not interfere with what we wanted to do. They do their very best to make this seamless during your experience. It is frustrating that when we want to reserve the room again a year out, we are put off until a later date and asked to check back even though the room is open. The rental process has always been a little messy for us. We love the facility so much we look the other way on that but it is a little frustrating. Over all we love Jetty East, and so much about it. It has become a family tradition and we have even said it IS why we come to Destin.
