GREAT LOCATION FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. | There is a king size bed in the master bedroom that opens up to the balcony with views looking west to the sunsets over Lake Christina and the East Pass. The balcony has new flooring with bar height furniture and a new ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both of the bathrooms have granite countertops and recessed lighting, with a tub/shower in the master bathroom and a granite walk in shower in the guest bathroom. FOR THOSE COLD MONTHS, BOTH BATHROOMS HAVE THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED HEATED FLOORS!!
There is diagonally laid porcelain throughout the unit except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. Newer six panel doors with levered handles. The door leading into the master bedroom is at an angle so as to give a more open flow feeling. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. New windows in the guest bedroom provide excellent cross ventilation when desired.
